Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CallGuard™ ("Service"), provided by MakeRain AI LLC ("we," "us"). By activating CallGuard™ you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CallGuard™ is a missed-call capture and voicemail replacement service. It answers missed calls, sends an instant text back to the caller, and delivers a call summary to you.

2. Billing

Your first 30 days are $97. After that, your account automatically continues at $65 per week unless you cancel before your next billing cycle. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for refund terms.

3. No Guarantees

CallGuard™ does not guarantee booked jobs, revenue, customer responses, or business results.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or harassing communications, and to comply with all applicable telecommunications laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeRain AI LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
